Colleges and universities should offer students a better job preparation before they start working.
Have you ever feel upset about your future when you found you receive nothing except paper writing skills after university? Have you ever reject by a company becuase you have not practice experience? And have you ever expected a nice job opportunity after graduated? If you have had such experireces, you should know how important a better working skill practicing is when you are in the university.Unfortunately, college students always have a little practice experence to prepare for their future job. To solve this problem, two major aspects should be involved into consideration:university and students themselves.
First of all, Universities should put as more effort on cultivate students' practice skills as develope their academic abilities.Peole always treat universities as acadimic center which can provide the most advanced thoery and thoghts to nowadays. Thus universities put more attentions on provide their students theoretical-knowledge and neglect to training their students' in a pracitical way. Recent resaerch shows, 80% of classes in chinese universities are theretical and only 20% of classes provide students opportinities to practice what their learned.As a student majored in journalism said, they just sitting in the classroom and listen to their teacher report history of news but never practice how to report his story.
More worse is that a plentiful of students did not realize the importance of working ability devolopment.Students,especially university students always ignore the significance of practice part in thier study.But one should know,only by put what one learned from class into practice that can make sense of one's knowledge.As a university student, I found many one of us look down upon practice experience. the only thing they care about is their final examination scores and their credits. Consequetly, they missed the best time to devolop their personal working skill.
In this day and age, job opportinity is based on one's working ability, knowledge and intelligent.Working ability is a gateway to a good job and practice is the key to working ability.Not all of the students in the university dreamed to be a scientist or professor.More practice experence may provide students more oppertunities to cultivate their working skills and release their potential craetivity.That is to say, universitiesshould offer students a better job preparation before they start woking.
