个人认为假如是B，那么后面比较的就是they have done.. 因为中间比较的是副词啊..修饰的是动词

Longman: comparable, similar to something else in size, number, quality etc, so that you can make a comparison

前后比较的应为统一概念

a, land area 和GB比，不是统一概念；

b, of about the same size as Great Britain is, 这里，我觉得主要问题在is上，GB是什么？逻辑上就不通的，何况还要比较，is 换成 has，靠点谱；我记得sc中有种表达，就是sth(通常是一种概念，抽象的) is sth，通常要小心；

c, 同上，land is the same size, 逻辑不通，遑论比较

d, 借用ziii的解释“比较错误；land area与the size 比较不合逻辑”

e, 那个that 就代指land area，所以，前后都是land area 在比较，lao's land area is comparable to gb's land area.

后半句的错误参见ziii mm，我没有补充。
