根据manhattan， Likely的用法有一以下：
①sb. is likely to do.
②It is likely that sb. will do.
③Sb.1 is more likely than sb.2 [is] to do.
④Sb.1 is twice as likely as sb.2 [is] to do.
⑤More than likely, sb. will do.

错误的用法有：
sb. is likely that he will do.
rather than sb.1, sb.2 is the more likely to do.
