(D)感覺是 after Alaska exhaustes its oil reserves 省略主詞後變成
"after exhausting its oil reserves"
(D)比(C)的被動表達簡潔...

我好象看过白勇上面说的介词后面不能接doing，不知道是不是这个原因,如果是省略的话应该是after they are exhausting，进行时又不对

如果要使exhausting是government发生的动作，要放在句首

intend应该是ALASKA的SALE这个动作的目的啊，怎么能修饰fund呢？而且fund也不能发出Intend这个动作啊（主语应该是人把），为什么C会对呢？

A为什么不对啊,EXHAUSTION OF THE OIL没有被动语态好吗？
