这里的and took是和谁并列啊？took在这里是不是谓语动词啊？

我觉得took的主语好像是the army of terra-cotta warriors ，但是is 也是系动词做谓语啊~那两个不一样时态的谓语可以并列？？

我觉得这里没有省略is
is more than 2000 years old and took 7000....是并列的
前者现在时表示陈述一种状态，一个事实，后者一般过去表示过去发生的事情
