正确答案是E。通过due to的使用，还有句子末尾and的平行确实容易判断出答案，但是在看og解释时，产生了两个问题：
1>对于them指代的解释:
对于在C,D两个选项的代词them，og认为是存在指代不清的。og认为C，D中的them指代的是tourist,而语义上应该指代的是chambers。但是E选项，og却认为指代清楚，原话是：them clearly refers to chambers.
请教一下各位，这是为什么？三个句子them的位置没有变化，如果说C选项中tourists和them在一个原因状语从句中，所以them肯定优先指代同一个从句中的对象tourists，而不是主句中的主语chambers的话，那E选项中的
tourists也是和them在同一个原因状语从句中啊，那为什么不优先指代tourists，而是og认为的清晰的指代着主句的主语chambers。
另外D选项中的模糊指代原因是否是因为them在用来修饰tourists的raising的现在分词修饰语中，难道是因为raising引导的修饰语结构上修饰tourists，所以them优先指代tourists，而不是chambers吗？
2>对于B,D选项中现在分词raising的用法是否正确的问题：因为本人对现在分词的用法一直不是很确定，所以想问一下我的判断是否正确。

这位兄台研究得好仔细啊，佩服！我的理解是：兄台对于此题的正确选项没有异议，现在是要细细讨论一下其他几个选项中的两个问题，指代和现在分词引导的状语（从句）的表达。
1. 关于them的指代，我觉得OG所说C和D指代不清晰而说E指代清晰，有一点牵强附会，我认为them的指代在CDE都没有问题，因为它前面的介词within很明确的告诉了指代的对象应该是谁（within这里的意思是“inside a particular building or area”). OG说CD指代不清，有点转牛角尖了，OG是说within也可以是“inside a society, organization, or group of people”的意思，但是这明显太不符合上下文了。
2. 关于raising的功用问题，我想要区分的是：”能怎么用” 和 “该怎么用”的辩证问题。兄台提出问题的逻辑是在一个错误的选项中分析它扮演的功用。大前提就错了，我们应该分析在正确情况下的功用该是什么。接下来说具体问题。从句意上理解，Raise这一个关键动作不管用从句还是伴随状语，这喧宾夺主了，Raising可以引导伴随状语，也可以是动名词从句等等不管什么，能这么用，但并不意味着该这么用。如果谈做题策略，如果raising在这里作为Modifier出现，那肯定是立即排除。什么是modifier？什么是主要需要表达的？请思考。
