而选项D中的“those”不能作为同位语修饰speculators吗? 分号后面的speculators 避免了正好避免了歧义(与declines), 请NN指教.

D不简洁。C里面who已经明确表明修饰的是speculators.

declines是不会像人一样had to sell的.

1 这题出现了四个分号选项，应该是个分号题；

2 n.用having来修饰肯动是错误的；
