第一题
A 缺乏引导后面从句的连词 that

第二题
首先while用错了，while表示前后的对比，而该句前后并无对比。(largest表示规模最大，并不跟后面的商业化运作的成功与否，人工的高低构成对比)。
动词的使用方式 pay sb 没有错。
所谓的"不是说有PAYMENT就不能选PAYING吗"，是指在做名词性成分的时候，用pay的同源名词payment优于动名词形式的paying。

感谢指教，第二题懂了。第一题还是不懂，好貌似记得OG上说 AS后连接句子，LIKE后连接短语，所以我是当它引导一个句子而不是一个从句选的

such as Bethlehem Steel 做插入语成分表示举例说明。
that 引导同位语从句修饰large, integrated companies，且同位语从句中的that不能省略。
(此处的从句不是非限制性定语从句，非限制性定语从句不用that引导，而且引导词不能省略。)

LSS说的是错的,不是同位语从句,也不是非限制性定语从句,就是最基本的定语从句,THAT不能省略
