Ron对于with结构的解释

"with the unemployment rate that hasremained"

-->implies, without justification, that the dutch economy is the ONLY economy with anunemployment rate that has satisfied this criterion.

语法笔记里说with的逻辑主语是D economy，但是我查了一下，独立主格是不需要考虑逻辑主语的啊
比如这个句子： The season nearly finished, Rebecca Lobo and Sophie Witherspoon emerged as true leaders.
所以感觉很困惑求大牛解答这题的D with结构到底有什么问题

Here, use "that has remained" to modify unemployment, it seems that this modifier can tell you what the exactly unemployment you are talking about. The unemployment we are talking about is the one that remained blabla → so, this must be the only one, or we still don't know which one to be mentioned

See these two cluases:
The man who is cleaning the door is my dad → so we can sure that there is only one person "cleaning the door", or we still don't know who is my dad.

My dad is cleaning the door → Here, we only want to know what my dad is doing, not who. So no matter how many people are clearing the door there, we still know who is my dad.

那么这里with +noun +that定从是在修饰句子主语么0 0还是就进修饰germany

意思是说，用定语从句A that blabla...修饰A的时候，那么在句子的逻辑层面内，只有A具有blabla...这样的属性，right？

好神奇啊，第一次真正感觉到了定从的限制性作用！！！

帮顶，08笔记这个题前后哪个题有个解释说的是with+宾语+宾补是独立主格，with+n+that从句相当于同位语，就近修饰，那为什么这个题里with+n+that修饰的是dutch economy？
