【求助】关于平行的两个问题

两个关于平行的问题；1、用，but连接的成分完整两个句子时，这两个句子是不是也要平行。

2、白勇语法中的一题：
As virtually all the nation's 50 busiest airport are,New York's were built for an age of propellers,before jet planes weighing 800000pounds needed over two miles of runway.

B.As with virtually all of the nation's 50 busiest airports，
这里b是个错误答案
但他对错误答案B的解释是as+名词表示作为，不表示比较
但这里是 as with，我记得as with有与……相比的意思？b项错在哪？

求大牛解答！

第一个，but连接两个句子，本来就是一种平行，也就是两个svo平行。

这个不能单独拿出一个选项来判断其对错，除非选项里有绝对性错误；
你可以那这个选项和正确答案比较一下~~相对性错误。。。

在说明一点，从例句里可以看出，as with不用注意逻辑主语的问题。
