本题答案是D没有疑问，不过为什么begin和impose前面不加to呢，有解释说这是一种插入语，可是插入语通常是分词或不定式（例如：to tell the truth），或者主语加动词原形（例如：I think）,本题中的动词原形加宾语也可以吗？

不定式的平行动词是可以省略的啊~
