关于BY全解里面的一题：Minnesota is the only one of the contiguous forty-eighty states that still has a sizable wolf population, and where this predator remains the archenemy of cattle and sheep

(B) that still has a sizable wolf population, where
(E) where there is still a sizable population of wolves and where

答案选（E），理由是the only one:where...and where 平行结构。但(B）选项中的结构也可以看成为Minnesota is the only one that...., where引导的非限定性定从。这样有什么不可以吗？句子一样简洁呀

另外，虽然先行词一样，但是其功能不同的，也不能平行。这个例子我举不出来。。。
建议lz好好研究一下manhattan语法。里面讲解的很清楚。
