?怎么会是D？后面部分修饰tools很明显啊？

including，regarding，concerning这种形式，现在已经当做介词处理，背下来就好
不过就算是介词词组，还是修饰动作，与逻辑主语一致，因此不修饰tools，除非取消逗号

对呀，按你这么说那答案上including修饰tools就错了啊，怎么会选E呢（之前打的是D，打错了）

介词短语是可以就近修饰名词的哦。

可是若是including前面有逗号，不是修饰的是整个句子的谓语或者主句的主语么？这样不会产生歧义么？
