我觉得应该选A。E不对，but应该引导一句从句。C,D后面的being produced不对。B最后的with不对

所以应该选A

我觉得选B,A 里面的a complicated system ...are... are 应是is才和主语一致

我选E，首先，nevertheless 是副词不是介词，加ving就有问题了，而but可以做介词，加ving是没有问题的，冒号后的结构是用来补充说明sound的。
