However, because of recent developments in technology, the international community should consider replacing the entire system of coins and paper with a system of electronic accounts of credits and debits.”Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the opinion stated above. “几百年来，大多数国家的货币制度建立在金属硬币和打印的纸币的交换的基础之上。但是，因为最近技术的发展，国际共同体应该考虑将整个硬币和纸币的系统用存款和贷款的电子帐目系统取代。”

我不大明白的是，国际共同体到底是什么。。。
这题是说每个国家都换成电子账户吗？。。
那我可以从不同国家不同国情，以及小孩子无法使用电子账户等方面阐述我的理由吗？

我觉得这里的INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY翻译成国际社会应该会比较好。只是一个虚拟的概念。
意思是说不再用实体介质的钱，而将货币电子化。
LZ的观点可以的，注意文章内在的逻辑就行。
