答案是D 我不大懂这里的 TO BE怎么解释。to do结构不是表示目的吗？pulsar不是人，怎么能发出这个动作呢=。=

看了解释说是已经存在但是现在才发现的通常用to do结构。。是这样么？
题目做多了反而不清楚了！！
