条件状语从句何时主现从现？

蓝皮书上改错的第89题：

If Dr. Wade is right, any apparent connection between eating high processed foods and excelling at sports is purely coincidental.

本句里面主句和从句都用了一般现在时，我记得if引导的条件从句都是主将来从一般（现在），除非是描述真理属性的，本句好像跟真理没啥关系，请帮忙解答一下，谢谢！

顶。。。今天又发现两个句子，大家帮忙看看啊：

If I should die tomorrow, I will have no regrets. - 这句貌似是虚拟语气假设将来发生的情况，主句是不是应该用 I wuold have no regrets更好？

This ensures if a major repair goes wrong and the quipment ends up being offhired, all the smaller items havn't been performed. - 这句从句是一般现在时，主句是现在完成时，正确吗？
