关于percent用法跪谢~~

1.Last spring a Colorado health department survey of 72 playgrounds in private child-care centers found unsafe conditions in 95 percent of them and they ranged from splinters to equipment near collapse.

(A) unsafe conditions in 95 percent of them and they ranged

(B) conditions in 95 percent were unsafe and ranging

(C) the ranging of unsafe conditions in 95 percent of them to be

(D) that 95 percent had unsafe conditions ranging（D）

(E) that 95 percent of them had conditions that were unsafe; the range was

这题开始在DE之间徘徊，发现两个都那么不好，实在不忍心选下去。。。。

反正答案是D，我就是觉得95 percent一个孤单单的多不好啊~~ 95percent什么呢？总要给个定义吧？比如 10 percent of scholars这样的。。。。就算E的them指代不清也比D这样好啊。。。。

不求大家怎么批E，就是想问D的那个95percent到底能不能这样用啊？？？！！！

记得以前你贴的那题：
Today, more than 43% of Californians under the age of eighteen are Hispanic, compared with about 35% decade ago

35% 后也省略了 of Californians 不过这个比较省略情有可原。。这题不懂呀

看似 percent 的东西都喜欢省略~~

记得以前你贴的那题：
Today, more than 43% of Californians under the age of eighteen are Hispanic, compared with about 35% decade ago

35% 后也省略了 of Californians 不过这个比较省略情有可原。。这题不懂呀

看似 percent 的东西都喜欢省略~~

对呀，之前那个是比较，对称的很公正，说省略也能理解。
但这里是不一样的呀~~
大全做的真纠结。。。
