B是答案能选出来，我现在有个疑惑。
因为extinction已经在过去发生了，那么equip肯定发生在之间，所以要用过去完成时，had been equipped，但是由于appear to的出现，导致had必须使用原型，所以变成了appear to have been equipped...
我理解的对么？
