UC Berkeley Haas MBA Interview面经 [2012-03-13]

本人申请Haas的R2,3月1日decision date收到通知进入waitlist，于是预约了今天的面试。

2003年从Haas毕业的一位女校友，非常nice，也非常认真，我看她在我的简历上批注了很多问题，正面的空白处、背面都有。面试从下午5点开始，持续到6点一刻。

主要问题（问得还是比较随意的，我梳理总结如下，有些并非原话）：
1. Go through the resume for me.
2. Why are you interested in XXX industry?
3. What are your contributions to your current employer?
4. What is your specialty in your current position?
5. Give me an example that you face an ethical dilemma?
6. Do you prefer work independently or in a team?
7. Tell me about your detailed tasks when doing .... (a project mentioned in resume)?
8. How do your boss support you?
9. How did you persuade the management to approve your new business proposal?
10. You do so many things at the same time, how do you manage your time?
11. How do you motivate your assistant?
12. (Some questions about my hobbies)

校友非常友善和真诚，最后分享了她对Haas的理解，特别强调了同学、老师的友善，学校竞争的火药味不浓。
