C: in addition是一个介词短语，其作用相当于一个介词，介词后面不能接形容词成分，所以这里的in addition to连接的并列成分是1. the first worman; 2. the first Swedish writer winning the Nobel Prize for Literature. 于是句子的意思就成了1909年她除了成为第一个获得诺贝尔文学奖的瑞典作家之外，还成为了第一个女人。

D：and在这里连接的是witer前两个并列的修饰成分：(the first woman) and (the first Swedish) writer. 所以意思是：她成为了获得诺贝尔文学奖的首位女性和首位瑞典作家。
