答案C

第一步，根据时态应该是are priced to sell, 排除AE, c中BEING不对排除，B，C中后半部分补出HAVE的肯定不对，因为前面没有have,,,,,只剩下c

选出来不是很难，但是我这里有个they do的疑问, OG给的解释是 they do sell的省略？？凌乱了，，这里不像是助动词的补出啊，因为助动词补出涉及主语的比较？

若为助动词补出为什么不用they are? 这里they do sell 是强调作用吗？？？？

我觉得这里的they do 意思是他们就是那么做的至于他们到底做了什么我也不是很清楚
而如果换成they are 意思变成了他们是... 显然是不妥的

they後面如果要省略verb的話，加了helping verbs（do/have/be）以後，還要求and前面存在能夠加在helping verbs後面、時態形式正確的動詞（就是被省略掉的verb）。

請看manhattan例句：
Wrong: Our cars were designed to inspire envy, and they ARE.
Right: Our cars were designed to inspire envy, and they DO.
這裡不能用are而只能用do的原因是，they後面原本應該是加inspire的，而inspire在前面分句用的是現在時的原型，所以後面只能加do。如果要用are的話，要把inspire換成inspiring。

類比此題C項：In an effort to reduce their inventories, Italian vintners have cut prices; their wines are priced to sell, and they do.
they後面省略的是前面的sell，所以只能用do。they do sell強調它們真的是sell出去了！

您好我想问一下这里的动词不是are priced吗？to sell是什么成分呢？为什么要补出跟to sell一致呢？还有想问一下如果是前面是被动后面补出是要用are吗？
