首先with结构较定语从句简洁，另外A错在a problem（单数）和children（复数）不对应

那应该怎么理解呢，比如 a problem 和 children 是所有的孩子有一个问题，还是每个孩子有一个问题。
再比如 problems 和 children 是所有的孩子都有问题吗。到底怎么翻译，差别在哪里。

说所有孩子中的每个人都有一个问题，或几个问题都可以。但是a是说所有孩子只有一个问题，就不对了。
