此题在注解里面的正确答案为D
但是我想问是是that 引导的定语从句修饰的不是the list吗？为什么从句中的谓语动语用的是exhibit而不是exhibits

that 的先行词是animals 主句是list has been expand to inlcude

通过后面的using可以得知，前面that代指animals 而不是 list
