我有疑问为什么要选c不选d呢？ d看起来并没有歧义而且结构也平行为什么两个句子用逗号连接还要变换主语像c那样表达呢

d中会让人觉得法国的energy是从德国那里来的。另外c中的 energy produced in Germany与题干中energy produced in France更好对称
