115. Gall’s hypothesis of there being different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain is widely accepted today.
(A) of there being different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain is widely accepted today
(B) of different mental functions that are localized in different parts of the brain is widely accepted today
(C) that different mental functions are localized in different parts of the brain is widely accepted today
(D) which is that there are different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain is widely accepted today
(E) which is widely accepted today is that there are different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain

Which is widely accepted today implies that Gall’s other theories are not accepted today, distorting the meaning of the sentence.

这句话的句子结构和逻辑意思应该是Gall’s hypothesis is widely accepted today其中that different mental functions are localized in different parts of the brain 是说明hypothesis 的
Gall’s hypothesis is that  there are different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain,而将原句中想要重点强调的is widely accepted today.

最后一句没打完,是“从Gail的假设在今天被广泛接受到Gail的假设是different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain,所以改变了句子原有的意思

ls说的有道理 that引导这个句子更多的是对that前的名词进行解释说明 that different mental functions are localized in different parts of the brain就是对hypothesis内容的说明
而E中which引导的句子也是对which前的名词进行说明 那就是hypothesis which is widely accepted today...is that...

然后考点就是n + of 还是 n + that。

different mental functions are localized in different parts of the brain G's hypothesis

G's hypothesis,

which 跟 that 有区别。

。。 is wildly accepted.
Gall’s hypothesis is that there are different mental functions localized in different parts of the brain
