If you plan to develop your career in China, there is no doubt you should attend CEIBS. CEIBS has a strong network in China. Its EMBA program pulls in a ton of top executives, who you may leverage in the future. You may plan to stay with the company for the immediate future, but you never know if you need to change course later on.
From observation, it is unlikely that a US based company will pull international talent to HQ for extended time (not for short duration as a foreign service assignment). Even then, your MBA alma mater would not be a factor in promotion decisions. You work performance will.
