OG中对D的解释是the final descriptor in prensent tense,now drawing conclusions....does not fit the opening clause ,which is in present-perfect tense and seem to modify adulthood.
这里 drawing conclusions做伴随状语难道不可以的吗？在别的语法书上看到ing分词在句尾应该应该优先理解为状语，看到OG上的解释又有点模糊了的。

好像有点明白了的Ｄ选项中ｄｒａｗｉｎｇ如果要做状语的话是伴随状语，但时间标志是ｎｏｗ所以无法做伴随状语，状语不行那就考虑做定语修饰ａｄｕｌｔｈｏｏｄ的情况很明显改变了原来句子的意思

DE 官方解释是attach a present-tense descriptor to a present-perfect clause.
就是说不能用现在时态的分词修饰过去时态的verb。
