首先，like后面连接名词，as连接句子。

其次，动词后面一般用like, 不是as, 除非是regard as这样的固定结构，但是没有read as的用法。

一点想法：

B里的seems not to read的否定形式似乎不太idiomatic，这里的否定应该提前，应该象C里的does not seem to read....

就象我们不说I think that it is not pretty.而说I don't think that it is pretty.一样！！
