两天前接到了威斯康星麦迪逊ECE的录取了，邮件这样说：The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) is pleased to inform you that we have recommended to The Graduate School that you be admitted to the ECE graduate program for Fall 2012. 可是后面又说这是非官方的录取，要我等研究生院的正式录取。 这样的话，我算不算是录取了呢？？ 好担心啊，有哪位同学知道情况么？
