比较结构中时态也要求对等么？

最近在翻就题，发发现了一个新的问题
Only seven people this century have been killed by the great white shark, the man-eater of the movies—less than those killed by bee stings.

A.movies—less than those

B.movies—fewer than have been

C.movies, which is less than those

D.movies, a number lower than the people(B)

E.movies, fewer than the ones

这道大白鲨大家应该很熟悉吧
今天分析B,E的时候，发现他们还存在一个时态的不同
B是have been killed by bee stings， E是killed by bee stings.
是不是比较级也讲究时态的对等所以选了个跟之前的have been killed by the great white shark很对等的B？

比较结构中时态也要求对等么？
