[推荐信]推荐人选择

我有如下推荐人选：

- 现公司直接老板（老外，关系一般，此人比较耿直）
- 以前公司直接老板（老中，比较要好，可以稍加修饰）
- 某公益活动组织老板（我在某community service做出了杰出的贡献）

如果选一个推荐人，应该选谁？如果选两个推荐人，应该选哪两个？

if one: the ex-Chinese supervisor;

if two: plus the community service one

前一个工作2年多，后一个工作接近两年

Other recommenders:

A dean in a certain school of UPenn, I helped her out when she's in APEC in Shanghai
A partner in my current company, managing my group but doesn't know to much about me
A partner in my current company, has little relation with my work, but willing to write recommendation
A dean of a certain Chinese business school, knows something about me

But none of the above know me as in depth as the 3 recommenders I meaned upstairs.
