and前后是要保持平行，所以后面是 Sb+did 形式，前面也要这样，所以排除ABE
C和D的区别就是to be 不定式上的了,一般 "It + verb + subject complement + infinitive phrase" 比 "infinitive+ verb + subject complement" 好，除非the sentence starting with the infinitive an adage or the focal point of the sentence.
