75 A proposal has been made to trim the horns from rhinoceroses to discourage poachers; the question is whether tourists will continue to visit game parks and see rhinoceroses after their horns are trimmed.
(A) whether tourists will continue to visit game parks and see rhinoceroses after their horns are
(B) whether tourists will continue to visit game parks to see one once their horns are
(C) whether tourists will continue to visit game parks to see rhinoceroses once the animals' horns have been
(D) if tourists will continue to visit game parks and see rhinoceroses once the animals' horns are
(E) if tourists will continue to visit game parks to see one after the animals' horns have been

OG对A选项时态问题给出的解答：
The verb following after should be the present-perfect have been trimmed to reflect that the trimming must occur before the tourists arrive.
A当中已经给出了代表动作发生先后顺序的after, 为什么OG仍然说after没有表达出triming 发生在旅客到来呢, 而需要用完成时态来表达呢？
这里to do表目的我没有疑问。

这里的意思是说,这个动作的影响将持续下去：被剪了角的小鹿不会再吸引游客来参观，这就是剪鹿角的持续影响。

还有我看了几个帖子都没有说为什么A的一般现在时不对，我怀疑是因为一般现在时也许通常并非表示字面意思上的现在发生的事情，而是像百度百科说的“表示通常性、规律性、习惯性的状态或者动作（有时间规律发生的事件）的一种时间状态。”
而剪鹿角这事情并不是一个常规事件，其实是过去某一点上发生的事情，我倒觉得用一般过去时比一般现在时反而更好一些。但是现在完成时更好，就是说，剪完鹿角的影响是，游人不会再来。

The present perfect tense is needed here.

One use of the present perfect is to express a future action that will be completed before another future action.

The use of the present perfect have been trimmed makes it clear that the trimming will be happening -- in the future -- before the tourists will or will not continue to visit. The adverb once further indicates that the present perfect is needed: Once X has happened, then Y will happen.

我觉得their的指代没有问题就是指代犀牛呀，og里说还可以指代游客这也跳跃指代的太远了吧

21 题我在CD之间选择了D。

看题目意思：是要评估一个proposal的影响。
我排除A是因为after，带有时间先后顺序。题目应该想表达的是条件。
如果犀牛的角被Trim以后，游客会不会继续来看犀牛。
所以只剩下BCD。
B 的 one 和their 指代不清楚。
CD 对比
做题过程中我考虑，'visit game parks' and see rhinoceroses 是并列的关系。但是我没有仔细想。
如果这俩是并列，应该用continue to visit game parks and to see rhinoceroses.

而C选项说的很清楚。 visit game parks 的目的to see rhinoceroses.

'这个对我来说是新学到的。’The use of the present perfect have been trimmed makes it clear that the trimming will be happening -- in the future -- before the tourists will or will not continue to visit.
