为什么是C？蓝笔部分我觉得在句子中感觉不完整啊、、、

同问这一题，为什么D不对呢，什么情况下用would have found 什么情况下用would find? 多谢指点！

C省略了that，that 指代的household appliances做从句宾语，所以可以省略that
