with modifier in A is dangling.... ambiguous as it modifies the clause immediately follows it.

E中instead是错误用法，有了unlike,就不需要instead了
我们来看看A和D
A中有两处错误，一个with独立主格表达有歧义，在GMAT里面with短语放在两个句子中间，多半是错的，因为不知道这个with短语是修饰前句还是修饰后句；再有A中后半句平行不好

我印象里GMAC考with有两种：
1.独立主格
with+名词+分词、形容词、副词
表示伴随

例如：
The end of the eighteenth century saw the emergence of prize-stock breeding, with individual bulls and cows receiving awards, fetching unprecedented prices, and exciting enormous interest whenever they were put on show.

2.错误选项，放在两个独立的句子中间，产生歧义
