The Old Man and the Sea 是主句宾语，主系表结构的定语从句可以省略which is,但此句不是这种情况，四个选项都有谓语 won ，如果用定语从句修饰宾语就不能再加谓语或be了。

改为 they are benefic 它们是有益的.如果用benefit,句意就是“它们是（好处?利益？）”，好像都不通啊，句意决定benefic应该用形容词，有无also都一样吧？

我觉得A选项的目的是要加上定语从句，但由于我前贴所说的原因，缺少成分所以错误！

D用的是同位语从句，成分完整所以正确。

win 的一种用法是sth win sb sth（双宾语结构），marshial的意思应该是用主动表被动吧。
