这是as be the case （with）的用法，详见http://forum.chasedream.com/GMAT_SC/thread-337971-1-1.html
A.it无指代
B.没有这种用法（as+with...是错的）
D.表示和...对比时要用like+名词，或者as+句子，没有as+名词哦
E.like后的名词要与后面的主语对应，traditional pharmacies可以和successful online drugstores 对比但不可以和the cornerstone 对比

这种题让我觉得除了某个看似正确的选项，其他总有严重错误，但是有不知道正确选项为什么正确。。

B选项里面，as with 结构时存在的（as with 是 as is the same with的省略）

B错在 as with the case + prep. (of/with/in) + sth.结构错误，
应该用as is the case + prep. (of/with/in) + sth
