这里的B为什么对，C为什么错？in general, "COMMA + prep phrase modifier" is an adverbial modifier, meaning that it modifies the entirety of the preceding clause.如果把C改为they lose one arm they quickly replace it, sometimes by the animal overcompensating and这样子是不是就正确了？？
