我的解法：
1）because从句不能做主语，排除AB。
2）make的用法：~ n1+n2; ~ n+adj.; ~it adj. that...。排除E（make n adj that...）。CD纠结了，C应该是make it adj. that...结构，D应该是make n adj.吧，但后面跟了to do。选了个C，但答案是D.
求教：CD选项如何取舍？

后面的 become an invasive 里的 an 表示前面也应该是单数吧
