我想还是语言和内容本身的关系吧。because of 接名词，一般是说Abecause of B，潜在意思中AB是不同事物，这一来里面就没有代词可以恰当的对应前述内容了。然而because接的是从句，起到修饰主句的作用，可以使里面的代词对应前述内容，而且because本身就是个加强逻辑的词，很容易将原因状语中的代词指向主句，再加上一个表示直接作用的完成时态，就全了。
