谢谢解答。可是840题D的错误还是不明白：这里面没有the cost to ...of 的结构啊，只是用到简单的cost to搭配，后面的三个of 都有固定搭配的：ten percent of ；per barrel of ；by the end of the decade. 能再说明一下吗？
