答案选C，可是我的想法是平行原则：A object to B ；所以A 是否可以代表coycote的 adopting ability
B代表 same animal control efforts ，而答案不应是coycote

注意 Subject to 的逻辑主语问题~~~必须是Coyote,因为只有Coyote才能遭受控制措施，而它的Ability却不能遭受！因此排除ABDE！
