ABCD的错误都一样，都是因为that引导的定语从句没有修饰的对象。另外如果that从句要做定语后置的话，也必须用it替代，而不能是there什么的。
比如： it's surprising that the man is still alive.

little of , of 后面的名词词组是该从句的主语后置

little of 里的little应该是noun吧，表示少量的意思，应该可以接可数名词复数。
