Hello my friend—yes, most schools in the US (and especially ones in Europe) expect that you will have at least SOME work experience. Now you can still apply—schools are trending younger, and HBS and Stanford especially accept more and more people directly out of college. But this is VERY hard to do. What I recommend instead, is working for a year or two. Then, you can apply…EVERYWHERE in the world where youd like to go! But generally, two years is the bare minimum. Three or four years are more standard. Do you need to apply this year? Why not get some work experience, and some money first?
