本科985211..人力资源管理专业.GPA3.8..G750..T109..四大实习经验..想读management的master..是不是都要工作经验啊?
求高人指点~~谢谢~~大概能去什么样的学校~~

Hello my friend—yes, most schools in the US (and especially ones in Europe) expect that you will have at least SOME work experience.  Now you can still apply—schools are trending younger, and HBS and Stanford especially accept more and more people directly out of college.  But this is VERY hard to do.  What I recommend instead, is working for a year or two.  Then, you can apply…EVERYWHERE in the world where youd like to go!  But generally, two years is the bare minimum.  Three or four years are more standard.  Do you need to apply this year?  Why not get some work experience, and some money first?    That would be our advice for sure…

谢谢ls的大侠..再多问一句哈..毕业了之后特别特别想去咨询公司工作..是不是最好还是读MBA呢?有木有其他专业可以选择?~

Yes my friend, an MBA is for sure one of the best ways to get into management consulting.  They do hire some folks right out of school, and some folks from other graduate programs also—but not NEARLY as much or as often as MBAs. If McKinsey is your goal, HBS is your spot…
