A中说的是chips run 的范围发生变化，从 computers and spy satellites 到dishwashers,，如果是BC的话意思就变了，run的范围都来自于computers, spy satellites, and dishwashers；
而且，个人觉得from to 也算一个固定搭配

appear to have 是固定搭配么？这里没有过去时间作为依据，能用过去完成时么？

虽然这题很早了，但我觉得it部多余呀，纵观整句话，唯一的单数就是industry，那么it也就只能指代他了
