正确答案是B。
我的问题: OG解释说The Federalist papers是复数，因为papers的p没有大写。但是该句子中间部分说A strong defense....and also A body...不是显然将其当做单数了吗？难道这一段不是修饰该主语“The Federalist papers”的？恕我无知天真幼稚了~~
