M:Really! I was begnning to think that I was the only one.

What does the woman mean? Ans: B She has a lot of work to do.

本人觉得应该选 C. She is thinking about taking literature.

at the begining, my answer was same with you. according to the answer  i understood the question means Dr.Cole has a lot of work needs not just the girl and also need other persons such as the man.  the question is talking about work but taking class.  just as dr.cole has much work, he not only needs the woman but also the man.  i'm not sure understanding like this is right or not?
