我是这样想的，此题比较结构说的是，所以首先排除A,D,E，C中was不对，无法还原到原句里，而且原句是will，无系动词，所以选B吧~不知道对否？呵呵...

挺简单的题啊, 根据时态首先排除C/D/E ,剩下只有A/B. 两者比较than后面的,肯定是B.估计考试不会有这么简单的题目.怕怕.....

楼上说的对，根据时态首先排除C/D/E ,剩下只有A/B，分析句子结构，知道是比较宾语，level 和that in 1990,当然需要确定that 是指代level. 此句不是主语比较，不能用助动词和will 比较，因为不能还原来排除答案。

我不是说选不出来，是觉得B项也不太好。
that是指代level,可是此前见过的这种比较形式中，that有所指时后边一般会来个of。这感觉很怪。。
或许是我想太多？
