D的疑惑是，drawing不能和have amassed 同时发生，不做伴随状语，为什么drawing不能理解为整句的结果状语呢？
在了解大量知识后，神经学家得出什么样的结论。。。不是也能说得通么？？？

1.前面句子太长，drawing 不能effective的修饰

2.个人认为now drawing 和drawing 在语气上是有区别的，作者有强调后面句子的intent，所以are now drawing 是main verb.
